3 Years and Counting...

I can't believe that Jason and I have been married for three years today! It seems like just yesterday we were going on our first date to Sizzler, haha. It is amazing what can happen/change in three years. One thing that will never change is the way I feel for him. Thank you Jason for the best 3 years of my life! I LOVE YOU!

Funny Faces

So the past couple of days Carter has been doing this silly face. For a lack of better words, Jason and I call it his chubby face or pre-fit face, haha. I think he has yet to decide if he is happy or sad while doing it.

Potty Training... Enough Said

So, I think that I can officially say that Braden is potty trained. Well... I guess if you count having to wipe and pull down his pants every time he goes potty as being potty trained. Haha! I thought that it was going to be so hard because I heard all these horror stories about potty training boys, but amazingly it wasn't too bad. Yes, cleaning up poop and pee SUCKED but I guess that just comes with having kids. He still has accidents every now and then, but it beats having to change his bum every few hours and having to pay for diapers. I still can't believe how fast my little man is growing up!

Super Bowl Weekend

Saturday mom and dad came down to good ol' Grace for some snow machining. What a blast. I am not very good at it, but I sure had fun. We had our kids for about an hour so we pulled them behind the snow machines in a bug tube. We also let Braden have a go at sledding down the hill all by himself. He LOVED IT! Then Sunday after church we took off to mom and dad's to watch the big game. I have to admit, I was kinda disappointed with the outcome, but I really didn't care much. I just like to see the underdog win. It was a good game though!

Carter's 8 month pictures

Here are some pictures of some pictures (I don't have a scanner, lame I know). The pictures of the pictures don't really do any justice to how cute they really are, but oh well. Try to ignore the glares and also Carter's scraped up nose. Never fails, my kids ALWAYS do something to their cute little faces for pictures. Oh well... he is still pretty darn cute!

Jason's 26th Birthday!

For Jason's birthday we celebrated it a few days early with my side of the family. We had our monthly f.h.e. as well and for our activity we did some indian leg wrestling. For those of you who don't know what that is... the pictures will hopefully explain a few things. Lindsey told me that she would kill me if I posted some of the ones of her... but I am going to anyway. Sorry! Everyone got into it, even the little kids. I was very impressed with my mom because she beat everyone, including Dad. I wasn't able to get that one on camera but I just had to let everyone know. Never pick a fight with mom! I better give Dad some credit because she only beat him once and he made up for it and beat her 2 or 3 times. Still... pretty impressive!

Called to Serve Him!

It's official... Kameron is in the MTC! I can't believe it! It seems like he is still too young to be on a mission. Yea, he is only 2 years younger than I am, but I just seem so old compared to him. Being married and having two kids could be why, who knows though! It was a bitter/sweet thing because we were all so glad that he FINALLY decided to go, but none of us wanted to say goodbye. The saddest part for me was watching him say goodbye to my kids. Most likely they wont even remember him. I guess it is a good thing that they will still be young when he gets back. They will have a lot of time to catchu up on things.
